Staying in Touch

By joining the Neighbourhood Club, you agree that we may contact you occasionally via email or phone with updates, new benefits, and relevant offers. Your data will always be handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

A Few Essentials

  • Membership benefits are available to active members only and are non-transferable. Cardholder must be present.

  • Offers can’t be combined with other promotions unless stated.

  • All benefits are subject to availability / space allocated.

  • Membership runs for a minimum of 3 months, with one month’s notice required to cancel.

  • Membership fees (where applicable) are non-refundable once billed.

  • We may update benefits or terms from time to time, with notice where possible.

  • All bookings must be made direct and are non-commissionable.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or end membership in cases of misuse.

  • Advanced direct bookings are always encouraged to avoid any disappointment.

  • Our utmost will always be done to prioritise member walk-ins on the day.
